4. What is the difference between a graph having a vertical asymptote and a graph having a hole?
There is not a lot of differences between a graph having a vertical asymptote and a graph having a hole. A graph having a vertical asymptote will have a dashed vertical lines because the asymptote is not part of the graph. The graph can NEVER EVER cross through the vertical asymptote. For a graph having a hole, the graph will have open circle that represents the hole of the equation. The graph does not go through a hole but it "hops" over it.
